The 90-Day Install

90 days·Three phases·11 new members/month

Status Open now Starts The day you join Format 90 days · 3 phases

We build the backend systems that do the work you're currently doing by hand.

Starts the day you join. No cohort to wait for — just 11 new members a month.

If you've been meaning to fix the messy, manual, held-together-with-string part of your business — the bit nobody sees and everybody feels — this is the moment to start.

Quinton

I help creators, coaches and online experts install the engine, systems & framework that runs their business without them.

Here's what we're doing.

The goal is simple: build something that compounds daily, weekly and monthly instead of something that consumes you.

Right now, probably

What we're installing instead

Money. Time. And the specific kind of freedom that only shows up when the business stops needing you in every hour of it.

I've spent the last 5 years building backends, brands and content engines — for my own businesses and for other people's.

I've genuinely helped creators and online experts compound their efforts to reach the $30k target and beyond. I might not be the biggest name in the space — but I'm aiming at being the GOAT.

We helped one of our clients, Riya, take her wellness coaching business from $7k a month when she joined the program to just short of $16k in her first 90 days. She's since passed the $30k target, and now has her sights on $100k — which puts her in the seven-figure-a-year playground.

We cover the full spectrum: Compounding Systems, funnels, lead generation, onboarding, AI, automation, cameras, content, brand and ops — to name a few.

Which means when your problem turns out to be three problems wearing a trench coat, you don't need three different people.

We've built a great reputation for one boring reason: we only take people we're confident we can help.

That's what the ninety days is really for. It runs both ways — you find out whether I'm the right person to build this with, and I find out the same about you. At day ninety you decide: carry on, or shake hands and go. No notice period, no talking you round, no hard feelings. I'd rather have fewer people who genuinely want to be here than a full roster with a couple of drifters.

Deliberate about fit, not headcount.

I keep the number of people I'm actively working with deliberately low, so I can be properly useful to each one — diagnostics I've read myself, numbers I actually know without looking them up. I could take on more. I'd be worth less to each of you.

This won't work for you if you…

But if you…

…then this is going to be a genuinely good ninety days.

The plan is simple

Phase 1 · Days 1–30

The Install

This month it's the backend. Your first thirty days are subtraction, not addition — we strip out the manual work you're currently doing by hand before we build anything new on top of it.

We start with a Master Diagnostic so we're both looking at the same picture, and a 1:1 to agree the two moves that matter most for your next 30 days.

Then we install. Depending on what the diagnostic says, that's the Backend GPS — your follow-up, your capture, your automations, the ten things you're doing manually that shouldn't be manual.

Most people finish this phase with fewer hours in the business than they started with. That's the point. You can't compound anything while you're the bottleneck.

Phase 2 · Days 31–60

The Engine

Now we build. This is where the Compounding System goes in — the five cogs that take a stranger to a case study: Attract · Equip · Activate · Transform · Proof.

Most people have two of the five and wonder why growth feels like pushing. We find the weak cog and fix that one first, because the wheel of cogs is only as fast as its slowest turn.

Whichever engine your diagnostic flags — Backend, Brand or Content — that's where the work goes. Not all three at once. One, properly.

Phase 3 · Days 61–90

The Compound

The systems are in. Now we make them turn without you.

Six-week cycles. Weekly check-ins against real numbers. And the piece most programmes don't have —

You get a dashboard, not a folder of PDFs.

Every member gets a live Compounding Growth dashboard.

Every week you log five minutes: your reps, your conversations, your revenue, and one line on what you learned. In return you get:

This is the part I'd point at if you asked me what makes this different. Most coaching gives you information and hopes. This gives you a scoreboard — and a scoreboard changes behaviour on its own, before anybody coaches anybody.

Five reasons this actually holds up

  1. Full spectrum, not a specialist

Backend, brand, content, AI, automation, cameras — one person who's built all of it, not three different people who each know one corner. When your problem turns out to be three problems wearing a trench coat, you don't need three invoices.

  2. A dashboard, not a folder of PDFs

Your Compounding Growth score, your trend lines, competitor benchmarking on fair metrics, and JARVIS reading it all against your numbers. Most coaching gives you information and hopes. This gives you a scoreboard.

  3. The Compounding System, not a vague framework

Five cogs — Attract · Equip · Activate · Transform · Proof. We find the one that's leaking first, because a wheel of cogs only moves as fast as its slowest turn.

  4. A guarantee that isn't a refund

Do the reps and don't get the movement, and I keep working with you at no charge until you do. Refunds let us both off the hook. I'd rather finish the job.

  5. The price never rises — for you

Whatever rate you start on is the rate you keep, for as long as you stay. This programme gets more expensive as it fills. It won't get more expensive for you.

Day ninety is the end of the install, not the end of the story. From there you're inside Compounding Growth — working the dashboard toward your own Ignition Point, and eventually the CIP, the moment your systems start outrunning grind instead of matching it. $30k is the Compounder marker on that road. Earned, never promised, and yours in your own time.

What it costs

To get started — your first ninety days

$2,500 In full. Covers the whole ninety days. $833 / month
3 × $1,000 If you'd rather spread it. $3,000 total

After day ninety — if you're staying

$10,000 Once. The year, paid in full. $833 / month
$3,000 Per quarter. $12,000 / year
$1,300 A month. $15,600 / year

Now notice what doesn't happen: the price never goes up.

$833 a month for your first ninety days. $833 a month if you pay for the year. Same number. You are not being upsold at day ninety — you're being asked whether you want to keep going.

And whatever you start on is what you keep. This program will get more expensive as it fills and as the material deepens. It won't get more expensive for you. Come in now and that rate is yours for as long as you stay — which is the honest reason to start today rather than waiting.

No stack of pretend values. No "normally $18,000." That's the price.

It should pay for itself before you renew.

By the end of Phase 1 we'll both know whether this is working.

So there's a straightforward deal: do the reps and don't get the movement, and I'll keep working with you at no charge until you do. Not a refund — refunds let us both off the hook. I'd rather finish the job.

QuickFacts

Who's in it: creators, coaches, online experts and solopreneurs — earning, but still the bottleneck.

Format: 90 days · three phases · weekly check-ins · live sessions · the dashboard · the community.

Time it takes: 6 hours a week. Less in Phase 1 than you're currently spending on the things we're removing.

Where it happens:

  1. Founders Retreat — the online community, with a dedicated space covering all the material
  2. 1:1 and group calls online (Zoom & Circle)
  3. Weekly live sessions (Zoom & Circle)
  4. Your Compounding Growth dashboard — your KPIs, your data, your track record, and the insights that move the needle

Questions people actually ask

Do I need to already have a business?

Yes — you need to have made at least one sale. This installs and compounds an engine that's already running; it doesn't build the business from zero. If you haven't sold anything yet, come back once you have.

I've worked with coaches before and it didn't stick. What's different?

Most coaching gives you information and hopes you apply it. This gives you a live dashboard that shows you exactly which of the five cogs is leaking, plus a process guarantee — do the reps and don't get the movement, and I keep working with you at no charge until you do.

Is there a start date I need to wait for?

No fixed cohort to wait for — but there is a cap: only 11 new members join each month. Get a spot and you're in the Founders Retreat immediately, and your ninety days runs from the day you start.

What happens after the ninety days?

If it's working, you stay — and whatever rate you started on is the rate you keep: $833/month, paid annually, quarterly at a small premium, or monthly. If it isn't, we shake hands and go. No notice period either way.

How much time does this actually take?

About six hours a week. Less than that in Phase 1, because most of what we're doing in the first thirty days is removing manual work you're already spending hours on.

What if I read all this and I'm still not sure?

Message me before you pay, not after. If it's not a fit, I'll say so, and point you at whoever is.

Like I said — I'm looking for the right people, not just anyone who can pay.

So if you…

Ready when you are — there's no month to wait for.

Step 2  Head to Reception and start your check-in.

What happens the moment you pay: you're in the Founders Retreat straight away — Reception, the Lobby and Lounge, the Studio & Gym, the Reflection Room. Your Compound to 30 room and the backend live sessions open immediately, and your ninety days runs from the day you join.

And if you read all that and you're still not sure it's you — message me before you pay, not after. If it's not a fit I'll say so, and point you at whoever is a better fit. There are good people in this space who aren't me.
